Steel mesh, cut and "sewn together" with aluminum wire
Very hard to see the depth in these photos.
The main piece hangs from a piece of metal at the top or the center shaft.
Piece could and should be hung on a wall in a foyer
Piece is relatively light weight. Not recommended for outdoors
